Yes, I am available to marry you at the Kent Regional Justice Center (RJC), Detention Center.  The ceremony performed is my Basic Ceremony, with the ring vows removed as you can't exchange rings (or anything else).

The ceremony is performed during one of your scheduled visits, in the visiting booth.  It is cozy with four of us. 

You will need to provide two witnesses, and bring your paperwork (license and certificate) with you.
