ELOPEMENT
Basic Civil Marriage - $75
Advance notice of your arrival would be appreciated to make sure we are home and the house or yard are presentable. (We are in the process of putting in a new backyard, so presentable can mean different things on different days!) While you're waiting for the 3 days to pass, upon receipt of a one-half nonrefundable deposit, I will email the ceremony to you to review before your wedding.
As indoor space is limited, please limit your family and guests to no more than 6 people total. We are happy to accommodate more guests outside.

While its
certainly difficult to have a Vegas-style elopement in Washington
State with the three day waiting period before your license is
effective, this Basic Civil Marriage package is as close as you can get to
a no hassle marriage! 
Show
up at my home for a short and sweet civil
marriage ceremony. You can be married by the swing in the front yard,
under the gazebo in the back yard, or out in the toolie-berries
(woodland setting). A short 1/2 to 1 mile walk up the Cedar River
Trail can have you married on a bridge overlooking the Cedar River.
You will need two witnesses. If you
can't get two people to come with you, wish to keep your marriage
secret, or are new to Washington and don't know that
many people, fear not, I can
provide witnesses. There is an additional $25 per witness charge.
Please notify Officiant at least three (3) hours prior of your need
for witnesses to allow for their preparation and travel time.
